Every accepted paper is registered with CrossRef and receives a permanent DOI that resolves to your article for good — citable from the day it appears.
Scopus standard review
Double-blind review against the Scopus standard checklist: originality, method, evidence and contribution. Reviewers return written comments, not a rubber stamp.
Decision in 48 hours
The desk acknowledges within a few hours and returns an accept, revise or decline decision within two days — with the reviewer notes attached.
Similarity screened
Manuscripts are screened for similarity before acceptance. The report is shared with you, and papers above the threshold are returned for revision, not quietly published.

Yes. Every title in the index is a UGC CARE Approved Journal carrying a valid ISSN and following Scopus standard peer review. Each journal displays its own listing details and ISSN on its site — open any entry in the index above and check it before you submit.
You pay only after acceptance. Submission and review cost nothing. If the reviewers decline the paper you owe nothing, you keep every right to it, and you are free to send it to any other journal immediately.
A review decision comes back within 48 hours. After acceptance and payment, the article is published and its CrossRef DOI registered within one to two working days — so a typical paper is online with a citable DOI inside a week.

Every co-author receives an individual e-certificate at no extra cost, along with the DOI-linked published PDF. Printed certificates can be posted on request for the cost of postage.
